The commercial uses tense audio and bold writing to give a serious auroma to the video. The topic of the truth attracts the audience because of the current problem of finding trustworthy news station. The use of moving visuals proves to be effective for they show the many things that is said as truth. This awareness of the truth being hard to find builds the argument for New York Times that their news is truth.
